Delete your Birewer account

In the app

1. Open Birewer and sign in.
2. Open the menu (Modern mode) or the Contents page (Classic mode).
3. Tap Delete account, then Request deletion.

On the web (without the app)

1. Open the Delete account page below and sign in with your Birewer email and password.
2. Press Request deletion.

What happens next

A 30-day grace period starts. Signing in again during those 30 days cancels the deletion and nothing is lost; you can also press Cancel deletion on the same page.

When the 30 days pass, your account is permanently closed:

• your password and sign-in are removed and the account can never be signed in to again;
• your email address is released;
• your device notification tokens are deactivated and no more reminders are sent;
• your memories, photos, voice notes, appointments and birthdays — always stored encrypted — are no longer linked to any sign-in and can never be viewed or restored, not even by creating a new account with the same email.

Security activity logs (which never contain your private content) are kept for system security and fraud prevention.

3. سڕینەوەی هەژمار هەڵبژێرە، پاشان داواکردنی سڕینەوە.

1. پەڕەی سڕینەوەی هەژمار بکەرەوە و بە ئیمەیل و وشەی نهێنیی بیرەوەر بچۆ ژوورەوە.
2. دوگمەی داواکردنی سڕینەوە دابگرە.

دواتر چی دەبێت؟

٣٠ ڕۆژ ماوەی پاشگەزبوونەوە دەست پێدەکات: ئەگەر لەو ماوەیەدا بچیتەوە ژوورەوە یان دوگمەی «هەڵوەشاندنەوەی سڕینەوە» دابگریت، سڕینەوەکە هەڵدەوەشێتەوە. دوای ٣٠ ڕۆژ هەژمارەکەت بە یەکجاری دادەخرێت: وشەی نهێنی و چوونەژوورەوە لادەبرێن، ئیمەیلەکەت ئازاد دەبێت، ئاگادارکردنەوەکان ڕادەگیرێن و ناوەڕۆکە کۆدکراوەکانت بە هیچ هەژمارێکەوە نابەسترێنەوە و هەرگیز ناگەڕێنەوە.

تۆماری چالاکیی پاراستن (کە هەرگیز ناوەڕۆکی تایبەتیت تێدا نییە) بۆ پاراستنی سیستەم هەڵدەگیرێت.

حذف حساب «بیرەوەر» (Birewer)

من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
2. افتح القائمة (الوضع الحديث) أو صفحة المحتويات (الوضع الكلاسيكي).
3. اختر حذف الحساب ثم طلب الحذف.

عبر الويب (بدون التطبيق)

1. افتح صفحة حذف الحساب وسجّل الدخول ببريدك وكلمة مرورك.
2. اضغط طلب الحذف.

ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك؟

تبدأ فترة سماح مدتها 30 يوماً: تسجيل الدخول خلالها أو الضغط على «إلغاء الحذف» يلغي الطلب. بعد 30 يوماً يُغلق حسابك نهائياً: تُزال كلمة المرور وتسجيل الدخول، ويُحرَّر بريدك الإلكتروني، وتتوقف الإشعارات، ولا يعود محتواك المشفَّر مرتبطاً بأي حساب ولا يمكن استعادته أبداً.

تُحفظ سجلات النشاط الأمنية (التي لا تحتوي محتواك الخاص أبداً) لحماية النظام.
